您应该考虑使用NSFetchedResultsController让您的生活更轻松,让您的应用更有效率。

self.lists = [[managedObjectContext executeFetchRequest:fetchRequest error:nil] mutableCopy];
self.items = [[managedObjectContext executeFetchRequest:fetchRequest error:nil] mutableCopy];

因为这些集应该包含不同类型的实体实例。但是,您实际上并不需要self.items。该模型包含ListItem之间的关系,您应该在需要时使用该关系(或使用该关系的获取请求)获取指定列表的项目。并删除self.items,这只会让您感到困惑。在列表视图控制器中,您无论如何都不需要这些项目。

当您按下以显示项目时,您应该获得所选的List并传递该项目。因此,如果你有destViewController.items = selectedItem;,你应该有类似destViewController.list = selectedList;的东西,然后项目控制器再次使用该关系来显示相应的项目。
