当我使用仅vim而没有参数启动vim，然后输入:set fo时，回复为formatoptions=tcqn。
当我使用vim等文件启动vim /tmp/out，然后输入:set fo时，响应为formatoptions=tcql。
我唯一合理的结论是，当我用文件启动$HOME/.vimrc时，vim未加载。
之前有没有人见过这个问题或者知道一个好的解决方法？
