如果你有任何参照完整性约束(外键),那么truncate将不起作用;如果存在任何子表,则不能截断父表,即使子表为空。

下面的PL / SQL应该(它未经测试,但我过去运行过类似的代码)迭代表,禁用所有外键,截断它们,然后重新启用所有外键。如果另一个模式中的表对您的表具有RI约束,则此脚本将失败。
