我使用SSMS 2005针对SQL Server 2000数据库尝试了您的查询,但它失败并出现了您所描述的相同错误。
当我连接到SQL Server 2005服务器时,查询执行完美。
您是否确实检查过您的服务器版本,而不仅仅是您的SSMS版本。
根据SQL Server 2000语法,WITH部分只允许设置FillFactor,而不是其他:
