Android ProgressBar中的文件下载百分比跳跃

Question

我已经实现了从服务器下载文件的功能，进度条显示了下载文件的百分比，并且工作正常。但有时候由于小文件和高互联网速度，进度条百分比从20跳到50或者其他东西。

对此有任何解决方案，以显示持续进度百分比？ 提前致谢。
