你真的安装了svn libs吗？看起来你在Ubuntu上，所以像apt-get install libsvn-dev这样的东西可能会安装所需的头文件和库。

PECL扩展是C客户端库的包装器，但它们（通常）不与这些客户端库的库和头文件捆绑在一起。
