正如您在PHP代码中看到的那样，var_dump($_POST)的结果永远不会提交submit_idea，因此它永远不会转到if is_set($_POST['submit_idea'])将其他发布值设置为正确的变量。
在表单中提交该值或在php中更改您的条件
