您可能需要在#contact div上使用vertical-align:top;。

在完成滚动视图之前，您的页面内容已耗尽...它会滚动到#content底部与页面底部匹配的位置。

您可以在可滚动对象中添加填充（可能会影响其他浏览器），也可以添加一个简单而有争议的hacky CSS修复：

#contact { padding-bottom: 2000px; }

这会给它下面的空间，它可以作为#content底部和<html>底部之间的缓冲区
