为什么CLI中的PHP需要几秒钟才能启动？

我遇到了问题。我的PHP 5.5.8需要几秒钟才能启动。

如果在终端中运行此命令php -v，它将在几秒钟后（大约13）打印版本。但是第二次运行立即打印出来。如果我等一点点。

怎么办？
