如何计算用户的姓名首字母

我有一个SharePoint列表，需要格式为唯一的参考字段： NN / CCC / XXX

**NN** = The initials of the user who created the list item  
**CCC** = A unique code to represent the company this list item refers to  
**XXX** = The list item's ID

我可以使用计算字段来管理

 /CCC/XXX 

但是，我正在努力弄清楚如何获得用户的姓名首字母。

我问用户ID是否足够，但是他们希望人们能够一眼就知道谁创建了列表项。

一个问题是我们有一些用户使用双管名称，因此无法真正依赖“Firstname Surname”格式的用户名。
