使用您所在位置的LocationManager 设置刷新率

LocationManager.requestLocationUpdates(
                            LocationManager.NETWORK_PROVIDER,
                            MIN_TIME_BW_UPDATES,
                            MIN_DISTANCE_CHANGE_FOR_UPDATES, this);

然后,在onLocationChanged(Location l)方法中,发布Toast消息:
