安装OS X Mavericks后，我无法使用旧的Rails 4应用程序。主要问题似乎是安装pg gem时出现问题：

正如this question建议的那样，最简单的方法是安装Postgres.app，然后运行

gem install pg -- --with-pg-config=/Applications/Postgres.app/Contents/Versions/9.3/bin/pg_config

使用Postgres.app pg_config安装pg gem。
