Javascript代码在spring jsp中不起作用

我是春天的一个biginner，我需要在春天使用jquery显示一些东西。我已经导入了一些必要的jquery插件。但我的问题是javascript代码在jsp内部没有工作。我已经通过使用一个来测试它警告声明和其他一些东西，但没有一个工作。我不知道该怎么做.Below是我的jsp代码 index.jsp的：

你的js和css文件应该在资源文件夹中。
