看起来您正在从Windows进行部署，而您可能在本地错过了tar命令，或者它不在$PATH

如果您想使用Cygwin，我建议您使用Setup64或Setup-x86程序进行安装。我相信tar包是安装的默认包之一。如果没有，您可以在此处找到它：http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/gtar.htm
