com.parse.GcmBroadcastReceiver

而不是使用您的自定义广播收发器，在您的情况下，简单的更改＆gt; com.parse.GcmBroadcastReceiver to

com.yourpackagename.IncomingReceiver

不要在模拟器中测试broadcastreciver它不会工作所以检查andorid设备
