事实证明，问题在于我使用的是64位版本的Python。我几个月前下载了它，忘记了这个小事实。

现在，MinGW只能编译和使用32位库，而不是64位混合。这就是导致boost-python无法正确编译的原因（它完全是编译的奇迹），因此在链接时会有未定义的引用。

下载32位版本的Python并重新编译boost解决了这些问题。
