我有网站模板，它与一些css和js文件协调。

现在我创建了Spring，Hibernate和Tiles示例。它工作正常。但现在我正在与我的模板集成。所以我在webapp文件夹中创建了资源文件夹。并将所有CSS和Js文件放在相应的文件夹中。

But getting Exception on this line
