  -The client and remote computers are in different domains and there is no trust between the two domains.
 After checking for the above issues, try the following:
  -Check the Event Viewer for events related to authentication.
  -Change the authentication method; add the destination computer to the WinRM TrustedHosts configuration setting or
use HTTPS transport.
 Note that computers in the TrustedHosts list might not be authenticated.

事实证明，目标计算机最近已经重建，并且它有一个临时计算机名称。计算机仍有旧的DNS条目，因此使用旧名称连接到计算机会导致错误“目标帐户名称不正确。”

重命名计算机并使用正确的名称引用计算机后，问题就消失了。或者，使用其IP地址连接到计算机是成功的。
