我一直在尝试自定义HTML网站模板附带的联系表单，以添加文件附件/上传但没有成功。尝试执行此操作而不是嵌入不同联系人表单的原因仅仅是因为它响应并与网站模板的其余部分保持一致。任何帮助都会很棒。
