我想使用python可视化VTK数据文件(OpenFOAM输出)。我想要绘制的图是两个端点之间的数量的一维线图。为此,应在两个端点之间的点上插入非结构化数据。

我使用Mayavi包来可视化VTK数据。在mayavi webpage处描述了从标量场探测单个值。此功能不适用于VTK文件。

我还在mayavi webpage找到了delaunay3d方法(mlab.pipeline.delaunay3d)。我也没有得到这个。

有人可以告诉我如何插入我的数据吗?

最终,我找到了自己问题的答案。万一有人访问这个主题ans有同样的问题,我会发布我的解决方案。我已经使用vtkProbeFilter来插入我的VTK数据。在插值之后,我将VTK线转换为numpy数组以便于绘图。
