发生Windows Azure存储模拟器错误

Question

我试图在显示时安装Windows Azure SDK：

 "System.NullReferenceException: Object reference is not set to an instance 
    of an object at MicrosoftHosting.DevelopmentStorage.Tools.DSInit.Controller.PerformActions() at
    Microsoft.ServiceHosting.DevelopmentStorage.Tools.DSInit.DSInitProgram.Run(string args here)

我通过网络平台下载了针对vs2013的Windows Azure SDK，并显示此错误。但后来我再次下载了单独的程序但是，同样的错误显示出来。有人请帮助我找出这个的根本原因？感谢
