以下是我（奇怪地）解决问题的方法：

1）安装 Thumbor 后，移除 Pillow （截至今天，安装版本2.1.0）;

2）（重新）安装 Pillow （截至今天，它将安装版本2.3.0）;和

3）之后，（重新）安装 Thumbor 。

这真的很奇怪。我是拇指的提交者之一。它应该适用于枕头2.1.0。你有PIL安装？ Pillow不适用于安装PIL。
