我发现我的问题实际上是别的。如果您的应用启动时间过长，就会发生这种情况。我有点意识到这一点，但我的应用程序以前一直很好，我没有意识到这是问题所在。
似乎我已经开启了所有例外情况。我现在使用的一些组件（例如Xamarin Insights，Initialize方法）在内部抛出异常导致调试器中断（即使你可以从无害的异常继续）。
捕获异常并将它们编组回VS的过程可能需要很长时间（有时是几秒），而在我的情况下，启动时其中的两个或三个足以让iOS因行为不端而导致应用程序进程无效。我从来没有真正看到过这些错误，因为这个过程很快就终止了数据回到VS，所以我不知道发生了什么。
关闭所有异常中断，至少在应用程序启动之后，解决此问题。
