就我而言，该项目在本地计算机上运行良好（在VS2012中）。但是当我发表它时，它并没有奏效。我的黄色屏幕与原始海报的问题相同。

我按照@pravprab的建议运行了报告查看器的包管理器：http://www.nuget.org/packages/MicosoftReportViewerWebForms_v11/

当我重新编译项目时，报表查看器DLL显示在bin中。

然后，当我发布时，DLL就在那里，现在网站工作正常。

You can use Microsoft.ReportViewer.2012.Runtime that contains Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms, Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common and Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel libraries.
