Spice依赖于libcelt051，已安装......所以，真的不知道是什么原因引起的。

/usr/local/bin通常不用于库。

您需要正确安装libcelt。通过从发行版软件包管理器安装或下载所需版本，然后使用通常的./configure && make && sudo make install进行编译和安装。
