在" scaleFactor = Math.min(photoW / targetW,photoH / targetH);"行中,targetW或targetH或两者都为零。只需在该行之前包含这样的简单验证。

if(targetW == 0) targetW = 1;

您的下一步应该是调试其中一个包含零的原因。
