PostgreSQL 9.3 - PostGIS 2.0安装失败

我的虚拟主机公司安装了postgreSQL 9.3.2（在运行Cpanel的Centos 5.1 VPS上），但是他们放弃了尝试安装postGIS 2.0.4。

CREATE EXTENSION postgis;

有效，但实际上并没有安装任何功能。

如何安装postGIS？

我尝试导入postgis - 2.0.4.sql文件并收到此错误：

 could not load library "/usr/pgsql-9.3/lib/postgis-2.0.so": /usr/pgsql-9.3/lib/postgis-2.0.so: undefined symbol: GETSTRUCT

文件postgis-2.0.so就在那个位置。
