Netbeans - php不被视为内部或外部命令

Question

我正在尝试运行Composer - ＆gt;使用Netbeans IDE 7.4安装（no-dev）但是我收到以下错误：

 [RuntimeException]                                                         
  Error Output: 'php' is not recognized as an internal or external command,  
  operable program or batch file.

我已经在Netbeans上放了php.exe路径。
