我们与其中一位客户有同样的问题。事实证明他的IP被ModSecurity阻止了。发生的事情是他多次尝试FTP到网站上，但没有成功。

如果您尝试添加ModSecurity列入黑名单的内容，也会发生这种情况（如果您多次尝试，那么ModSecurity将阻止您的IP）。

此问题的解决方案是重新启动DSL路由器，或致电主机取消阻止您的IP。
