Marker marker = mMap.addMarker(new MarkerOptions()
                .position(new LatLng(0, 0))
                .title("Hello world"));

Marker将出现在非洲的某个地方。

你正在用lat-long 0,0添加标记，所以标记会在非洲附近海域的某个地方。给一些真正的lat-long，然后肯定会显示标记。
