安装后Nginx是否已关闭？

我已尝试按照此步骤在我的vps上安装nginx

cd /usr/local/src

wget http://nginxcp.com/latest/nginxadmin.tar 

tar xf nginxadmin.tar

cd publicnginx

./nginxinstaller install 

finnaly调整apache seting的apache在端口8081上工作，但服务器仍然出错，nginx状态为down。

当我从ssh

重启apache时出现错误

Restarting nginx daemon: nginxnginx: [emerg] socket() [::]:80 failed (97: Address family 

not supported by protocol)
 already running.
