我担心，这不是代理人。也不是杀毒软件。我有同样的问题，也没有帮助。但是你的Eclipse根本无法访问某个站点，因为默认情况下java 7会让Eclpse通过协议IP6到达它，而Eclipse实际上并不支持它，至少在4.3版本中是这样。

转到cmd，使用

setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

重启eclipse，它会起作用。
