web.config中没有配置端点。对于此特定示例，应配置POX（webhttpbinding）端点。

您必须使用webHttpBinding来创建wcf休息服务

由于MSDN示例中没有端点，因此使用默认端点。在这种情况下，默认使用webHttpBinding。
