最小化时，vb程序运行不起作用

Question

我之前的应用程序之前有这个工作，但对于我的生活，这次不能让它工作。

我的应用程序模拟按键时的鼠标点击。当它是焦点时，它完美地工作。在应用程序后面运行或最小化时，它不起作用。

我已将我的UAC设置更改为此
