好的终于解决了。我的计算机x64和32位上有2个版本的Ruby200。我的System Enviroment Variables设置为x64;然而，我所有的宝石都安装在32位，这就是为什么这都不起作用的原因。我希望这有助于将来的某个人。

我遇到了同样的问题，所以我卸载了64位版本的Ruby并安装了32位版本。我仍然有同样的错误。经过进一步搜索后，我发现在安装指南针“gem install compass”之后，它实际上安装了一个较新发布的版本（sass-3.30.rc.2）然后如果我用“gem install sass”手动安装sass（s​​ass-3.2.14）

所以解决这个问题的方法是使用“gem install compass”安装指南针后我使用“gem uninstall sass”卸载sass然后重新安装“gem install sass”

指南针现在适合我。
