所以,至少有两个问题:

  1. 如果您缩进代码,可以看到F()函数缺少结束括号。
  2. 请勿在编译行中使用-c

C中不允许使用嵌套函数,即无法在另一个函数内定义函数。您正在函数

中定义main
void F(double *y, double t, double* f){..}  

这是错误的。
