您可能没有与Captcha脚本位置相同的目录中的monofont.ttf。请确保它在那里。

如果您没有该字体文件，我会在快速Google搜索后找到此链接，您可以在其中下载该链接。 http://trac.assembla.com/webam/export/90/captcha/monofont.ttf

下载该文件并将其放在与验证码php文件相同的目录中。我已经尝试过了，它可以正常工作

另一种可能性是您没有安装GD。根据您的系统，运行：

apt-get install php5-gd

yum installphp5-gd
