当我保存文件时，SFTP上传它，但是当我创建新文件夹或新文件并再次保存时，只上传了编辑过的文件（不是新文件夹或文件），我必须手动“告诉”SFTP上传它们（从侧栏上下文菜单）。

创建文件夹不会“保存”。如果您创建一个文件夹，然后在该文件夹中创建一个文件然后保存，它应该尝试在服务器上创建该文件夹，或者至少询问您是否要创建它。
