FMS 4.5添加vhost管理员不起作用

可能有人可以帮助我。 我在Windows 7 PC上使用FMS 4.5.5。

我能够在FMS 4.5.5上添加服务器管理员但是当我尝试添加vhost管理员时，FMS管理控制台并不允许我进入。

当我尝试使用服务器管理员凭据（）ping服务器时，它返回

NetConnection.Call.Success

Application.xml和Vhost.xml取自... \ Flash Media Server 4.5 \ conf_defaultRoot__defaultVHost _ \

Vhost.xml已相应修改。 （正在拿起正确的目录）

Users.xml文件来自... \ Flash Media Server 4.5 \ conf \，并且相应的用户已添加到该文件中：
