ARM上的视频捕获

我在mk802ii上使用网络摄像头（后卫c-110）时遇到问题，here使用debian armhf：

     $ avconv -f video4linux2 -r 5 -s 640x480 -i /dev/video0 out.avi

我使用this示例收到了同样的错误。这个错误意味着什么，我该怎么办？
