我无法分辨为什么Rails不再处理这些错误，但我建议重新安装rails。运行以下命令以重新安装Rails：
gem install rails
从这里开始，您应该能够rails server。
如果您的bundle install包含其他需要安装的宝石，您也可以在项目目录中运行Gemfile。
