您需要调整要在视图上显示的位图的大小。

Bitmap b = BitmapFactory.decodeByteArray(imageAsBytes, 0, imageAsBytes.length)
profileImage.setImageBitmap(Bitmap.createScaledBitmap(sourceBitmap, width, height, false));
