我认为当payement Ok时应该执行IPN。那么为什么不读这个文件呢？你对此有什么想法吗？

您也必须在Paypal Sandbox网站中打开IPN通知，以便它可以在您的PHP脚本中运行。继续使用ipn url打开它（您可以稍后使用php脚本中的“return”属性覆盖此URL）：
