这条线路有问题:

b.writeUInt32LE(40, 0);

需要:

b.writeUInt32LE(0, 40);

前8位由b.writeUInt32LE(40, 0);写入。

=在Little Endian的偏移0处写入(int)40(= 0x28)。

我不知道你想要什么,但这就是问题。
