自定义帖子的名称不能包含大写字母，因此请将register_post_type( 'Tutorial', $args );更改为register_post_type( 'tutorial', $args );

模板文件也应该是single-tutorial.php而不是single-Tutorial.php。

最后，您必须保存永久链接设置以刷新新闻网址。这是需要的，因为wordpress缓存重写规则，当你创建自定义帖子wordpress时，不会自动刷新新的重写规则。
