将数据插入预定义的sqlite数据库时出错

在我的Android应用程序中，我有一个预定义的数据库（使用sqlite浏览器创建，它是.db格式），它位于assets文件夹中。用户应输入他/她的详细信息（姓名，dob，年龄，性别和血迹），然后单击“保存”按钮。当用户单击按钮输入的数据时，应插入sqlite数据库。但是在单击保存按钮后，logcat会显示以下错误。
