Apache问题

我正在尝试在Wampserver中启动apache。

即使符号显示图标仍为橙色：

I have terminated skype, 
port forwarded port 80, 
the service is installed, 
port 80 is open and is not being used by any program or service 
and i've set the ip for listening to: 0.0.0.0:80 

可能是什么问题？
