只需删除 rubber_env。

staging_roles: "#{known_roles.reject {|r| r =~ /slave/ || r =~ /^db$/ }.join(',')}"
# instead of
staging_roles: "#{rubber_env.known_roles.reject {|r| r =~ /slave/ || r =~ /^db$/ }.join(',')}"
