从github下载master.zip后出现同样的问题。这个问题在github的故障排除部分中描述：

  

听起来你没有我们的默认主题 - Casper，你的内容/主题/ casper文件夹可能是空的。从Github克隆时一定要使用SSH并运行git submodule update --init。如果你想要一个zip文件使用Ghost.org中的那个文件，请不要在Github上使用发布zip文件。

所以不要使用Github的Zip，而是使用这个：https://ghost.org/zip/ghost-0.4.2.zip
