我在我的网站上使用ScriptManager和UpdatePanel，当它从visual studio 2012调试时，所有东西都可以在本地机器上运行，但是当它托管在Web服务器中时，它会产生几个错误：

未捕获错误：ASP.NET Ajax客户端框架无法加载。未捕获的参考错误：未定义系统

并且它不会加载scriptresources.axd文件，因为它说500内部服务器错误
